Emily Henderson's Portland House

Stylist, author, and TV- host, Emily Henderson, used several of our hand-painted fabrics in her recently unveiled Portland House Project. Our HANNU, BRIDGE, KETUT, and KIYA fabrics were all made into decorative pillows and styled throughout the living room, guest bedroom and playroom. We love Emily's design philosophy to stay true to oneself when it comes to designing for the home, and we're so excited that Emily and team found creative ways to integrate pops of CCT pattern and color throughout this sophisticated two-story remodel.
“I believe a home should look like the person that inhabits it, not a catalog, not what you think others would like — but really, truly like you.” - Emily Henderson

"Now, this bed would have still been very pretty without that jolt of mustard yellow and round pillow, but it’s much more fun with them." - Emily Henderson
The EHD team transformed a dark basement into a joyful playroom with a predominantly blue color palette and pattern mixing, including our HANNU / Black Ecru and HANNU / Grey Oyster fabrics as pillows.
