2019: Our Year in Review

2019: Our Year in Review

Happy Holidays from all of us at Caroline Cecil Textiles. The past year has brought tremendous growth and positive change for our small business! We celebrated our first full year in our new Phoenix design studio, launched our debut wallpaper collection and so much more. To celebrate, we’re raising a glass and toasting to CCT’s most Instagrammable moments of 2019.

We launched our Debut Wallpaper Collection

After spending months sourcing the right manufacturing partner, paper type, and curating the designs and colorways, we launched our debut wallpaper collection this past May. Made in America by a fellow small business, Class A rated with FSC certification, our eco-friendly wallpaper line is customizable for residential and commercial interiors and is something we’re extremely proud to bring to market. Click here to read the collection press release.

                Arrival of our Measuregraph machine

We invested in a Measuregraph machine to help with measuring fabric orders! Weighing in at 1200 lbs and made of cast iron, this machine has been running for decades and shipped from North Carolina, the capital of historic textile production in America. To see videos of our machine in action, click here or here.

                      Caroline’s Landscaping Renovation

This year marked our first summer in the desert. While the 115 degree days kept most of us inside the design studio, a crew of 6 took on Caroline's landscaping renovation. The front and backyard of her Phoenix home were completely gutted resulting in a beautiful backyard oasis and WAY more curb appeal for her Phoenix home! Click a few stories in to see videos of the finished space. And stay tuned for the official before and after reveal next spring/summer.

                        New team members!

This year was not only a year of growth when it came to new product launches, but we also welcomed three new team members! Scroll down to meet them.

                          • Brenna, our Operations Manager: Growing up in North Carolina, Brenna discovered a passion for textiles that sprouted from her local community. After obtaining a textile degree, she moved to Arizona and joined the CCT team! When not shipping orders and managing customer service she can be found hiking in Sedona, drinking craft beers and doing yoga.

                              • Olivia, our Operations Intern: Born and raised in Arizona, Olivia is the youngest in a family of custom home builders, so naturally she has dreamt of being an interior designer from a young age. Apart from design Olivia loves fashion, traveling, and finding unique new restaurants to try.

                                • Allanah, our Marketing Intern: Originally from Wales, Allanah is passionate about photography, fashion and design. When she's not writing blog content for CCT, she can be found drinking soy lattes, taking photos for her Instagram and planning her next trip to Europe.

From the launch of our debut wallpaper collection to our new Phoenix design studio, 2019 has been a year of tremendous growth and positive change for our small business. Once again, thank you for your ongoing support. We hope you have a wonderful holiday season and look forward to sharing many new and exciting developments in 2020.

From all of us at Caroline Cecil Textiles, Happy Holidays!
