GUIDELINES 

Our studio is operating under strict guidelines to ensure that all shipping materials and products are handled with our client’s well-being in mind. All workstations, shipping equipment, and frequently touched surfaces are routinely cleaned and disinfected between use. Employees are encouraged to stay home if they, or someone in their home, are feeling unwell. 



WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP OUR OPERATIONS STAFF SAFE

Following OSHA and CDC guidelines, we are continuing to practice social distancing in the workspace by minimizing the number of employees in our studio, washing our hands thoroughly and regularly, and maintaining routine cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment. We are actively monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and have measures in place to ensure we continue to provide seamless service in a way that is safe for our clients and our team.



ORDER PACKAGING

Gloves are worn by staff members that are assembling fabric and wallpaper sample shipments, packaging boxes or fabric rolls, and using our equipment to cut and inspect fabric. Each of our staff members performs a thorough hand washing before handling any orders that are sent from our studio. 



SHOULD I EXPECT A DELAY WITH MY ORDER DUE TO COVID-19?

We are currently not experiencing any delays due to COVID-19. Our production facilities are operating at our standard 3-4 week lead time for all fabric and wallpaper orders that are not in stock. To ensure the health and safety of our operations staff, team members are working from home and coming in once a week to process shipments from our warehouse. All in stock fabric and sample orders will ship within one week of receipt of payment.
