All sales are final except in the case of goods received damaged.
FABRIC - LEAD TIME & RUSH ORDERS
Depending on current stock levels, we may have your fabric in stock and ready to ship. If it is not in stock it will be printed-to-order requiring a 3-4 week lead time. We recommend confirming stock ahead of ordering by emailing ops@carolinececiltextiles.com. Depending on our production queue, we may be able to accommodate a rush order. To inquire about a rush order or expedited shipping, please contact ops@carolinececiltextiles.com.
FABRIC - NATURAL FIBER DISCLAIMER
Our fabrics are printed in small batches, by hand. The heritage linens we print on are woven from the flax plant, a natural material which due to the climate in Belgian and Ireland (where our linens are grown, harvested and woven) may have subtle variation in color from crop to crop. Our designs are registered by hand and may have subtle variation in registration from print run to print run. We celebrate the beautiful changes that are inherent in small batch printing. It is what makes our fabrics unique, expensive, and sets us apart from mass manufactured printed textiles.
FABRIC - CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Our spot cleaning instructions are in keeping with cleaning code S-W. Spot clean with a mild solvent, upholstery shampoo or foam from a mild detergent. Pretest a small area before proceeding.
FABRIC - COATING FOR COMMERCIAL INTERIORS
We are happy to ship fabric orders to your preferred fabric finisher for additional flame/stain treatment. Please contact ops@carolinececiltextiles.com for more information.
FABRIC - LARGE ORDERS
To place an order for more than 15 yards of fabric or to inquire about price breaks for orders over 60 yards, please contact ops@carolinececiltextiles.com.
FABRIC - CFA POLICY
We charge a small fee of $40 for CFAs on orders less than 20 yards.
FABRIC - APPLICATIONS
Our fabrics are regularly used in a range of applications including upholstery, pillows and window treatments throughout the home, including bathrooms where they are exposed to more moisture. The majority of our fabrics are upholstery weight and do not require backing.
WALLPAPER - INSTALLATION
Professional installation is required for all of our wallpapers. For additional installation tips to pass along to your installer, please refer to our post here.

WALLPAPER - CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Once installed, our wallpapers can be spot treated using a damp towel and mild soap. For additional tips to keep your wallpaper looking beautiful, please refer to our post here.
WALLPAPER - CUSTOM & COMMERCIAL ORDERS
Our wallpaper is digitally printed and fully customizable. In addition to residential papers, our entire wallpaper collection can be printed on a variety of Type II papers for commercial applications. WALLPAPER - LARGE ORDERS

WALLPAPER - CUSTOM ROLL LENGTHS
We have standard roll sizes for our wallpaper and cannot print custom roll lengths per client as it creates complications for our production team. Thank you for your understanding.
FRAMED TEXTILES
CCT framed textiles are made on a custom basis and are hand pieced by our master sewer and framed by our custom framing partners. We offer a variety of piecing techniques, fabrics and frame styles and sizes. Please contact ops@carolinececiltextiles.com for more information.
